dc.description.abstract	Diplomová práce se věnuje problematice syndromu týraného učitele u pedagogů, kteří vyučují na základních a středních školách ve Zlínském kraji. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. Teoretická část je tvořena pěti kapitolami, které se zaměřují na učitelskou profesi a její charakteristiky, dále na účastníky vyučovacího procesu, nevhodné chování žáků ve vyučování, na šikanu, kyberšikanu a především na syndrom týraného učitele. Praktická část se věnuje výskytu syndromu týraného učitele u pedagogů, kteří vyučují na základních a středních školách ve Zlínském kraji. Hlavním cílem praktické části je odhalit, zda délka pedagogické praxe hraje významnou roli v případě výskytu syndromu týraného učitele u pedagogů nebo zda tento syndrom může postihnout kteréhokoliv pedagoga bez ohledu na délku praxe.	cs

dc.description.abstract-translated	The diplome thesis devotes to problems of abused teachers who teach at primary and secondary schools in Zlin region. The work is devided into a theoretical and a practical part. The theoretical part consists of five chapters which focus on teaching profession and its profiles, participants of teaching process, inappropriate behaviour of students during classes, bullying, cyberbullying and mainly on syndrome of abused teachers. The practical part devotes to incidence of syndrome of abused teacher who teach at primary and secondary schools in Zlin region. The main aim of the practical part is to reveal if the duration of pedagogical practice plays an important role in the case of incidence of syndrome of abused teachers or whether this syndrome can affect any teacher without regard to length of practice.	en
