Diplomová práce se zabývá úlohou Policie České republiky v integrovaném záchranném systému státu a dále analýzou činností Policie ČR v rámci integrovaného záchranného systému. Teoretická část je zaměřena na integrovaný záchranný systém, na roli Policie ČR v rámci tohoto systému a na analýzu typových činností. Praktická část je soustředěna na realizaci analýz základních problémů spojených s činností Policie ČR při plnění úkolů integrovaného záchranného systému pomocí dotazníkového šetření. Cílem práce je analýza základních problémů spojených s činností Policie ČR při plnění úkolů IZS a návrh možných zlepšení činnosti Policie ČR v rámci IZS. |

This thesis addresses the role of The Police of the Czech Republic within the integrated rescue system of the country and further the analysis of activities of The Police CR within the integrated rescue system. The theoretical part focuses on integrated rescue system, the role of The Police CR in this system, and analysis of standard activities. The practical part focuses on the implementation of the analyses of fundamental problems associated with the activity of The Police CR in carrying out the tasks of the integrated rescue system using questionnaire survey. The aim of this work is the analysis of fundamental problems associated with the activities of The Police CR in carrying out tasks IRS and the proposal of possible improvements of the activities of The Police CR within the integrated rescue system. |
