Diplomová práce se zabývá popisem informačních systémů používaných Policií ČR k výkonu její práce, jejich provázaností, funkčností a uplatnění v běžné praxi. Práce je rozdělená na část teoretickou a praktickou. Teoretická část se zabývá organizační strukturou Policie ČR, jejím vybavením výpočetní technikou, historii, současností a popisem informačních systémů. Praktická část je zaměřena na celkovou funkčnost a využitelnost informačních systémů, jejich výhody a nedostatky, spolehlivost, provázanost a na systém vzdělávání. K tomu byly využity výsledky výzkum, který byl realizovaný metodou dotazníku u zaměstnanců Policie ČR. |

This thesis is devoted to a description of the information systems used by the Police of the Czech Republic in terms of its activities. This study also describes mutual cohesion, functionality and practical use in everyday service. The study is divided into two parts - theoretical and practical. The theoretical part describes the organizational structure of the Police of the Czech Republic, the computer technology, history and present of the information systems. The practical part focuses on the overall functionality and usability of the information systems, their advantages and disadvantages, reliability, consistency and education system. This part is based on the ?in vivo? research which has brought interesting results. The research has used the questionnaires which were distributed among the Police of the Czech Republic employees. |
