Tato diplomová práce je zpracována jako výukový materiál pro potřeby předmětu Kriminalistické technologie a systémy. Snaží se účelně vysvětlit pohled na soudní inženýrství a jeho význam při dokazování. Výstižně popisuje systémový přístup v dané oblasti, charakterizuje význam matice hypotéz, zaobírá se pravděpodobností a výpočty v posudku. V neposlední řadě jsou popsány soudně inženýrské analýzy a jejich význam pro odhalování příčin, průběhů a důsledků negativních technických jevů. Celá práce je doplněna obrazovou dokumentací tak, aby čtenář lépe pochopil vysvětlovanou problematiku. |

This thesis is prepared as teaching material for the purpose of the course Criminalistics technologies and systems. It tries to effectively explain the view of forensic engineering and its significance in proving. Aptly describes the systematic approach in this area, describes the importance of a matrix of hypotheses deals with probabilities and calculations in the report. Finally, it describes the engineering analysis and their significance for identifying the causes, course and consequences of negative technical phenomena. All thesis is supplemented by visual documentation so that readers can better understand the issue explained. |
