V předkládané bakalářské práci se zabývám psychomotorickým vývojem dětí s Angelmanovým syndromem. Teoretická část zahrnuje charakteristiku Angelmanova syndromu, jeho historii, genetické determinanty, diagnostiku, vývoj a projevy. Dále seznamuje s problematikou jedince postiženého tímto onemocněním, jeho motorické, rozumové a vzdělávací schopnosti. Pro úplnost a srovnání krátce popisuji psychomotorický vývoj u zdravých dětí. Praktická část se věnuje téměř výhradně kvalitativnímu způsobu výzkumu uskutečněného v období ledna, února a dubna 2011. K objektivnímu posouzení jsem použila rozhovor, dotazník a kazuistiku. Těmito postupy chci popsat stav konkrétních osob v České republice žijících s tímto postižením, jejich vývoj, chování, výchovu a vzdělávání ve školním i domácím prostředí a jejich sociální schopnosti. V závěru práce shrnuji výsledky šetření, jehož cílem je upozornit na existenci Angelmanova syndromu. |

The present Bachelor composition is focused on psychomotor development of children with Angelman syndrom. The teoretical part covers the characteristics of Angelman syndrom, its history, genetic determinants, diagnostics, its development and symptoms. Thereinafter there is a introduction of individual problem issues of individuals with Angelman syndrom, their motor activity, intellectual and educational ability. For completeness and comparison I am briefly describing the psychomotor development of healthy children. The practical part is devoted almost entirely to quantitative method of research conducted during January, February and April 2011. For objektive assessment I used interview, questionnaires and case report. By using these techniques I am trying to describe a condition of concrete persons with this disability living in Czech Republic, their development, behavior, education in school and home enviroment and their social skills. The conclusion summarizes the results of the survey whose aim is to highlight the existence of Angelman syndrome. |
