The bachelor thesis contains short description of grapevine. Selected traditional, new and newly cultivated grapevine varieties are characterized. Traditional and new varieties are compared from point of view the technology and gastronomy. There are described taste, fragrance and use of varieties. Trends in wine production are also mentioned. |
