Cieľom nasledujúcej diplomovej práce je návrh kaviarne na kľúč, ktorá bude na základe tohto návrhu pripravená na realizáciu. V teoretickej časti sa diplomová práca zaoberá vytvorením prehľadu o podnikateľskom mikro a makro prostredí, pôsobiacom na odvetvie gastronómie ako takej a na malé a stredné podnikanie, do ktorého patrí väčšina pohostinských podnikov. Praktická časť rieši samotný návrh kaviarne, jej management, marketing, tvorbu značky, firemnú identity a napokon rieši víziu financovania v 5-ročnom horizonte. |

The aim of following graduation theses is to create a projection of an art coffee house on turnkey basis, to be ready for realization. The theoretical part comprises the preview of micro and macro business environments, which affect the single gastronomic branch as well as the small and medium enterprises (SME). The practical part tackle the concrete projection of coffee house, its management, marketing, brand creation, corporate identity and finally it deals with the vision of financing in the next 5years preview. |
