Diplomová práce je zaměřena na optimalizaci způsobu využití telefonů GSM pro podporu činnosti krizových štábů. V úvodu práce je podroben analýze systém krizového řízení, zejména působnost, funkční místa a základní informační směry. Důraz je položen na specifikaci uživatelských požadavků. V další části práce je analyzován současný stav využití telefonů GSM pro podporu krizového řízení. V závěru jsou zdůrazněna základní úskalí jejich návrhu a způsobu řešení. Závěr práce bude tvořit perspektiva vývoje v předmětné oblasti. |

The thesis is focused on optimizing of using GSM phones for emergency operations support staff. In the beginning crisis management system is analyzed, in particular, scope, functional space and the basic directions of information. Emphasis is put on the specification of user requirements. The next section analyzes the present state of use GSM phones to support crisis management. In conclusion, the fundamental difficulties of their design and method of settlement are highlighted. Conclusion of the work will form the outlook in the subject area. |
