Diplomová práce je zaměřena na aktivity spojené s likvidací škod po povodni v červnu 2009. Teoretická část definuje povodeň z pohledu krizového řízení. Zabývá se opatřeními k ochraně před povodněmi a strukturou jejich řízení. Dále pojednává o vzniku a následné likvidaci povodňových škod. Praktická část se zaměřuje na problematiku výkonu nezbytných aktivit po povodni, včetně způsobů likvidace škod. Zpracovává postupy pro zajištění pomoci postiženým obyvatelům obce Kunín. Závěr práce tvoří shrnutí získaných poznatků a doporučení. |

The thesis is focused on activities related to the settlement of claim in an affected area after the floods in June 2009. The flood emergency management is described in the theoretical part of the thesis. Precautions for protection from floods and their management structure are being described. Further, damage origination and subsequent settlement of claim after flood damages is being discussed. In the practical part, the necessary activities after floods, including methods of settlement of claim, are being treated. Finally, there are some procedures for ensuring help in affected village Kunin described. The conclusion of the thesis is a summary of findings and recommendations. |
