Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá ochranou kritické infrastruktury města Zlín a jeho přilehlého okolí. V teoretické části jsou charakterizovány oblasti kritické infrastruktury a popsán princip ochrany kritické infrastruktury. Také zde vysvětluji princip řízení rizik. Praktická část pojednává o krizovém řízení v České republice, potažmo ve Zlínském kraji. Závěrem práce je provedena analýza hrozeb a rizik současnosti města Zlín a blízkého okolí. Jsou zde uvedeny možné dopady a navrhovaná preventivní opatření. Cílem této práce je seznámit čtenáře s danou problematikou a zjistit stav kritické infrastruktury ve městě Zlín a jeho okolí. |

This bachelor thesis describes the critical infrastructure protection of the town Zlin and its sorroundings. In the theoretical part, there is a characterization of critical infrastructure areas and also a description of principles of their protection. In this part, reader will also learn about principles of the risk management. The practical part deals with control systems in the Czech Republic and Zlin region. In the conclusion, the reader will find an analysis of current threats and risks in Zlin and its surroundings and also a description of the potential effect and suggestion of preventive arrangement. The aim of this bachelor thesis is to let the reader known the topic and to analyse the current situation in Zlin and its surroundings. |
