Předložená diplomová práce se zabývá monitorováním počtů osob v budovách pomocí kamerových systémů s využitím zpracování obrazu pomocí vhodných algoritmů. V teoretické části je popsáno základní rozdělení přístupových systémů, základy zpracování obrazové informace v počítačové technice a nejběžněji používané metody detekce pohybujících se objektů s využitím kamerových systémů. Praktická část obsahuje návrh a popis měřícího systému včetně popisu programového vybavení k vytvoření algoritmu, který je určen ke sledování pohybujících se osob v obraze. V závěrečné části se zabývám funkčností navrženého algoritmu, jeho praktickým využitím a návrhy na jeho zlepšení. |

Submitted graduation thesis deals with monitoring the number of people in the buildings with the help of camera systems and for it intended algorithms. Theoretical part contains the basic division of access systems, basics of elaboration of visual information in computer technology and the most commonly used methods of detecting moving objects with the use of camera systems. Practical part consists of the description of the used appliances and firmware that is used to create an algorithm, which is intended for monitoring moving people on the videotape. The final part deals with the functionality of the designed algorithm, its practical usage and suggestions of its improvement. |
