Diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou významu procesního řízení pro řízení krizových situací ve firmách. V teoretické části podává charakteristiky a srovnání funkčně-liniového řízení a procesního řízení ve firmách a objasňuje podstatu a nástroje krizového řízení v podniko-ekonomickém slova smyslu. V praktické části autor popisuje, porovnává a zobecňuje zkušenosti tří podobných podnikatelských subjektů z transformace na procesní firmu a vymezuje význam procesního řízení pro řízení krizových situací v podniku. |

The diploma thesis deals with the importance of process management to crisis management in companies. The theoretical part provides a comparison of functional characteristics of line-management and process management in companies and clarifies the nature and instruments for crisis management in enterprise-economic sense. In the practical part, the author describes, compares and generalizes the experience of three similar businesses in the transformation process and identifies the importance of business process management to crisis management in the enterprise. |
