Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá kriminalistickou expertizou ručního písma a jejím využitím. Práce je rozdělena na dvě části. Úkolem teoretické části je podat ucelený obsah informací o expertize ručního písma. A to od samé historie vzniku písma, psacích prostředků a materiálů, přes individualizaci ručního písma, objekty zkoumání, sporné materiály, srovnávací materiály, identifikační znaky, metody zkoumání a technické prostředky využívané při zkoumání až po znaleckou činnost. Praktická část je zaměřena na postup při zkoumání podpisů, který se dělí na zjišťování pravosti podpisů a na individuální identifikaci. Dále je zde zmínka o technikách padělání podpisů. V závěru je zpracován přehled případů kriminalistické expertizy ručního písma na OKTE Brno z let 2004 až 2009. Cílem této práce je seznámit čtenáře s danou problematikou. |

This final year paper deals with the criminal expertise of handwriting and its uses. It's main objective is to introduce the reader to the issues and challenges of the handwriting validation and identification for forensic purposes. The paper is divided into two sections, theoretical and practical. The purpose of the theoretical section is to provide with comprehensive information about the expertise of hand writing. This will include history of development of the hand writing and the tools and materials used, the use of comparative resources to investigate and identify the individualized hand writing, and explanation of identification symbols and signs, investigative methods and technical means used throughout the process of investigation and expert procedure. The practical section concentrates on the process and techniques used to investigate signatures and their identification and validation. Furthermore the paper looks into techniques used to fraud signatures. In the conclusion a list of cases of criminal expertises of handwriting from OKTE Brno from years 2004 through to 2009 is presented. |
