Diplomová práce pojednává o učiteli působícím na zdravé škole. Je členěna na dvě základ-ní části: teoretickou a praktickou. V teoretické části jsem se zaměřila na popis profese uči-tele. Věnuji se historickému vývoji profese učitele a učitelské profesi v současnosti. V následujících kapitolách se soustředím na výčet typologií učitele, požadavky na profesi učitele, profesní a životní dráhu učitele. Značná pozornost je věnována kompetencím učite-le. V teoretické části práce navazují kapitoly na Školu podporující zdraví, kde se zaměřuji na cíl, zásady, pilíře, silné i rizikové stránky programu. V teoretické části je také zmíněn učitel působící na zdravé škole. Praktická část je věnována popisu konkrétní školy, na které byl proveden výzkum a to na 3. Základní škole Holešov a samotnému výzkumu. Prioritou výzkumu je zjistit kompetence, které učitelé využívají ve své výuce a vyhodnotit, jak vní-mají pilíře Programu podpory zdraví uplatňovaném na jejich škole. |

This thesis deals with a teacher working at Healthy school. It is divided in two main parts: theoretical and practical. In the theoretical part I focused on a desription of a teacher's ca-reer. I pursued a historical development of a teacher's career and a teacher's career nowa-days. In the following chapters I focus on the enumeration of teacher's typologies, the requirements for teacher's career, professional and life's teacher's career. A considerably attention is payed to the teacher's competences. In the theoretical part of this thesis there are the chapters about Health promoting school, where I focus on the aim, fundamentals, pillars, strong and risk sides of the programme. In the theoretical part the teacher working at Healthy school is also mentioned. Practical part deals with the description of a concrete school, where the research was made, and that is 3. Primary school in Holešov. It also deals with the research. The priority of the research is to find out the competences, which tea-chers use in their education, and evaluate, how they perceive the pillars of Health promo-ting programme realizing at their school. |
