Cieľom tejto práce bolo otestovať možnosti stanovenia B-komplexu pomocou vysokoúčinnej kvapalinovej chromatografie a v prípade úspešného stanovenia navrhnúť metodiku na vybrané doplnky stravy. Vitamíny skupiny B boli stanovené metódou HPLC s UV detekciou pri 204 a 220 nm. Separácia prebehla na kolóne SUPELCOSIL LC 8(15 cm x 4,6 mm; 5 um). Mobilná fáza bola zložená z metanolu a KH2PO4 (pH 7) v pomere 10:90. Elúcia prebehla izokraticky, zvolený prietok bol 0,8 ml.min-1. Uvedená metodika bola aplikovaná na šesť vybraných doplnkov stravy. |

The aim of this study was to test possibilities of determination of B-complex using High Performance Liquid Chromatography and in the case of successful determination to suggest methods and chromatographic conditions, its application on selected dietary supplements. B group vitamins were determined by HPLC method with UV detection at 204 and 220 nm. Separation was performed on column SUPELCOSIL LC 8(15 cm x 4,6 mm; 5 um). Mobile phase was compound of methanol and KH2PO4 (pH 7) in the rate of 10:90. Elution passed in isocratic mode, selected flow rate was 0,8 ml.min-1. Introduced method was applied on six selected dietary supplements. |
