dc.description.abstract	Diplomová práce se v teoretické části zabývá pomáhající profesí, konkrétně profesí zdravotní sestry, stresem, emocionalitou, syndromem vyhoření a duševní hygienou v pomáhajícím povolání. V praktické části zpracovává výzkum, provedený u zdravotních sester na téma emocionálních stavů, syndromu vyhoření a agresivity a podává návrhy na relaxaci pro pomáhající profese.	cs
