Tato práce popisuje sociální pedagogiku především jako studijní obor. I když každoročně tento obor absolvuje mnoho studentů, otázka o jejich představách v souvislosti s možnostmi jejich uplatnění zůstává mnohdy nezodpovězená, stejně jako otázka, co za-městnavatelé od absolventů tohoto oboru očekávají. Cílem je proto zjistit, jak jsou studenti sociální pedagogiky připraveni na pracovní uplatně-ní, jaké jsou jejich představy o budoucím zaměstnání, jaké jsou zkušenosti zaměstnavatelů s absolventy sociální pedagogiky a jaká mají od těchto absolventů očekávání. Snahou je také zpřehlednit možnosti uplatnění absolventů sociální pedagogiky na trhu práce. |

This thesis describes the social pedagogy especially as field of study. Even though this course is passed out many student every year, the question about their ideas in kontext of possibilities their application often remains unanswered, as well as the question of what employers expect of graduates of this field. The aim is to find out, how the students of social pedagogy are prepared for jobs and wor-king possibilities, what are their imaginations about their future employment, what are the experiences of the employers with the graduates of social pedagogy and what are the gra-duates from these expectations. The ambitions are to well arranged the possibilities of futu-re career for social pedagogy graduates on employment market. |
