dc.description.abstract	Předložená bakalářská práce pojednává o využití kreativních technik při práci s mládeží. Teoretická část je rozdělena do tří základních oblastí. První část se zabývá pojmem kreativita a dalšími souvisejícími pojmy. V druhé části jsem se zaměřila na oblast práce s mládeží, jak ve volném čase, tak ve škole. Tuto část tvoří také popis průběhu klasické a tvořivé vyučovací hodiny. Třetí část je celá věnována různým druhům kreativních technik, které je možno využít ve vyučování. Praktická část je částí výzkumnou, jejíž hlavním cílem bylo zmapovat současnou situaci využívání kreativních technik ve vyučování na školách ve Zlíně. Dalšími, dílčími cíli bylo získat zajímavé informace o této problematice. Využití kreativních technik ve vyučování bylo sledováno z pohledu žáků a studentů.	cs

dc.description.abstract-translated	This text discusses creative techniques used in work with the youth. The theoretical part is split into three main chapters. The first chapter deals with the term creativeness, and with other related terms. In the second chapter, I have focused on work with the youth in their free time as well as at school. This part also forms a description of a classic and a creative lesson. The third chapter provides various kinds of creative techniques that can be used in lessons. The practical part of the thesis is empiric. The main goal is to map the actual situation of creative techniques usage at schools in Zlín. Additional goals were to collect other interesting information about this matter. Creative techniques usage was viewed from scholar 's and students' point of view.	en
