dc.description.abstract	Bakalářská práce se zabývá syndromem vyhoření u zdravotníků, důvody jeho vzniku, faktory vlivu vzniku, jeho projevy a možnostmi prevence a specifiky práce ve zdravotnictví. Práce je rozdělena do dvou částí. První část je teoretická a vymezuje pojmy: stres, syndrom vyhoření, jeho vznik, projevy, fáze vývoje, léčbu a prevenci. Druhá část je praktická a je zaměřená na výzkum ? vyhodnocení dotazníků skupiny z onkologického oddělení.	cs

dc.description.abstract-translated	The bachelor's thesis deals with the syndrome of health care professionals burn-out. It focuses on the reasons of its emergence, its signs and possibilities of prevention as well as the specifics of the work in the health sector. The thesis is divided into two sections. The first part is theoretical and it defines the following concepts: stress, the syndrome of burn-out, its development, symptoms, phases, treatment and prevention. The second part is practical and it focuses on the research, i. e. the evaluation of the questionnaires of a group of health care professionals from the oncology department.	en
