Anotace Práce je věnována problematice šikanování na základních školách v Pardubicích. Cílem diplomové práce je pokus o zmapování současné situace v problematice jevu šikanování a jejího řešení na základních školách v našem městě. Teoretická část diplomové práce je zaměřena na definici, původ, příčiny a sociální podmíněnost agresivity, která je průvodním jevem šikanování. Do teoretické části diplomové práce jsou zařazeny také charakteristiky, příčiny, podoby, protagonisté, důsledky, prevence, programy, legislativní a právní postih šikanování. Pozornost je věnována rovněž psychologickým, pedagogickým a sociálním aspektům šikanování mezi dětmi a mládeží. Praktická část diplomové práce obsahuje průzkum realizovaný mezi pedagogy základních škol v Pardubicích. Jako metodika náboru dat bylo zvoleno dotazníkové šetření. Průzkum je orientován na praktické zkušenosti pedagogů s problematikou šikanování, názory pedagogů na prevenci a její řešení a případnou spolupráci s ostatními institucemi a v neposlední řadě také zdroji, ze kterých pedagogové čerpají aktuální informace o problematice šikanování a praktické zkušenosti. |

Anotation The thesis is dedicated to the bullying problems at primary schools in Pardubice. The aim of the thesis si an attempt to describe the present situation of problems of bullying and its solution at primary schools in our town. The theoretical part of the graduation thesis is focused on the definition, the origin, the sources and the conditionality of the aggressiveness that seems to be the accompanying feature of the bullying. In the theoretical part there are also characteristics, sources, frond, consequences, prevention, programmes, legal punishments of the bullying. The attention is also paid to the psychological, pedagogical and sociological aspects of bullying among the young people. The practical part of the thesis contains the research that has been done among teachers of primary schools in Pardubice. This research involves data collected in a survey. The research is oriented to the practical experience of the teachers in the problems of bullying, the opinions of the teachers of the prevention and its solution and possible cooperation with other specialized institutions and, last but not least, the sources of common information about the bullying problems that are utilized by the teachers. |
