Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá problémem informovanosti široké veřejnosti o možnostech využití nabízených sociálních služeb. Existuje velká nabídka těchto služeb, ale často lidé nemají informace o tom, kde hledat tuto pomoc. Zajímala jsem se, zda je nějaký dílčí rozdíl mezi jednotlivými lokalitami týkající se informací, dostupnosti, poradenství v sociálních službách. V teoretické části jsem se zaměřila na specifiku komunikace se seniory. V praktické části jsem se zaměřila na průzkum těchto hypotéz: informovanost veřejnosti, současný stav řešení sociální situace seniorů, poskytování příspěvků na péči. V závěru jsou tyto hypotézy shrnuty a vyhodnoceny. |

This bachelor work deals with problems of seniors. In my theses I would focus providing information to wide public regarding the social services. There is a wide offer of these services but very often people are not informed about them and they don't know where to ask for help. I'm interested in the difference between particular localities. I will focus on the people have to information and social services cancelling. The first part is theoretical and it focuses on the communication with the seniors and its specifics, on the solution of their most common problems of health as well as social nature. In the practical part I focused on an hypothesis rechearch public awareness, actual state of senior social situation, providing of allowances for care. These hypothesis are summarized and evaluated in the conclusion. |
