Práca je zameraná na hromadné nešťastia a ich zvládanie, predovšetkým ide o zvládanie záťaže zo strany tak profesionálnych ako aj dobrovoľných záchranárov. Práca obsahuje teoretickú a praktickú časť. Teoretická časť je zložená zo štyroch kapitol. Prvá kapitola je zameraná na vysvetlenie pojmov hromadné nešťastie a katastrofa a objasňuje príčiny ich vzniku. Druhá kapitola sa zaoberá klasifikáciu katastrof a hromadných nešťastí. Tretia kapitola pojednáva o Integrovanom záchrannom systéme, ktorý sa zameriava na koordináciu a spoluprácu jednotlivých záchranných zložiek. Štvrtá kapitola popisuje psychologické reakcie obetí a záchranárov a tak isto aj spôsob zvládania záťaže. Praktická časť obsahuje kvalitatívny výskum zameraný na zistenie zvládania záťaže u pracovníkov pomáhajúcich pri hromadných nešťastiach, ciele výskumu, otázky a metódy, ktoré boli použité, analýzu a interpretáciu výsledkov. |

The work is focused on mass casualty and management, especially to cope with the burdens of both professional and volunteer rescuers. The work includes theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part is composed of four chapters. The first chapter focuses on the explanation of concepts and mass casualty disaster, and explains the causes. The second chapter deals with the classification of disasters and mass casualties. The third chapter discusses the integrated rescue system, which focuses on coordination and cooperation of rescue services. The fourth chapter describes the psychological reactions of victims and rescuers and a way of coping with the burden as well. The practical part includes qualitative research to determine the burden of coping with staff assisting with mass casualty, the research objectives, questions and methods that were used, analysis and interpretation of results. |
