dc.description.abstract	Tato bakalářská práce popisuje sociální služby v České republice. Je rozdělena na dvě čás-ti, teoretickou a praktickou. V teoretické části popisuje stručný historický vývoj sociálních služeb na našem území od doby jejich první legislativní úpravy, popisuje nedostatky dří-vější právní úpravy, zabývá se novým zákonem o sociálních službách a současnými pod-mínkami poskytování sociálních služeb. Praktická část se zabývá vlastním kvantitativním výzkumem. Výzkum je zaměřen na registraci sociálních služeb a jeho cílem bylo zjistit, jak poskytovatelé sociálních služeb vnímají proces registrace a co registrace ovlivnila při po-skytování sociálních služeb.	cs

dc.description.abstract-translated	This bachelor thesis describes the social services in the Czech Republic. It is divided into two parts those theoretical and practical. The theoretical part describes a brief history of social services in our country since the first legislation, describes the shortcomings of ear-lier legislation, deals with a new law on social services and the conditions existing provisi-on of social services. The practical part deals with their own quantitative research. Re-search is focused on the registration of social services and its aim was to find out how so-cial service providers perceptions of the process of registration and registration affect the provision of social services.	en
