dc.description.abstract	ABSTRAKT V mé bakalářské práci se zabývám komplikací, kterou způsobuje onemocnění diabetes mellitus - syndrom diabetické nohy. Práce má dvě části - teoretickou a praktickou část. V teoretické části své práce se zabývám klasifikací, diagnostikou, léčbou a prevencí diabetu mellitu a syndromu diabetické nohy. Hlavní myšlenkou v praktické části je zmapování povědomí, informovanosti nemocných diabetem mellitem o syndromu diabetické nohy. Stanovila jsem si tři cíle. Potřebné údaje jsem získala metodou výzkumu, dotazníkem. Problematika péče o pacienty se syndromem diabetické nohy vyžaduje multidisciplinární přístup, potkávají se zde lékaři několika oborů (praktický lékař, dermatolog, internista-diabetolog, internista-angiolog, intervenční radiolog, chirurg i ortoped), zvláštní důraz je však kladen na prevenci. Důsledně aplikovaná preventivní opatření a včasná adekvátní péče mohou velice významně snížit procento komplikací včetně rizika amputace končetiny.	cs

dc.description.abstract-translated	In my bachelor thesis I deal with The diabetic foot syndrome which is an important complication of diabetes mellitus. Work has two parts - theoretic and practical part. In the theoretical part of my paper I deal with classification, diagnosis, treatment and prevention of diabetes mellitus and of The diabetic foot syndrom. Chief idea in practical parts is charted consciousness, know-how patiens with diabetes mellitus about problems of the diabetic foot sydrome. Determine I am yourself three goalsetting. Needed data I am acquire method research, questionnaire. The care of patients with diabetic foot syndrome is multidisciplinary with involvement of several specialties (primary care physicians, dermatologists, internists-diabetologists, internits-angiologists, interventional radiologist, surgeons, and orthopedic surgeons), the most attention is paid however to prevention. Thoroughly applied preventive measures and timely adequate care can significantly lower the percentage of complications including the risk of extremity amputations.	en
