dc.description.abstract	Cílem bakalářské práce je zjistit potřeby seniorů a jejich uspokojování v zařízeních sociální péče. Zaměřila jsem se na potřeby fyziologické, sociální, potřebu bezpečí, autonomie a seberealizace. V teoretické části se nejprve věnuji kapitole stárnutí a změnám, které stárnutí doprovází. Dále jsou specifikovány jednotlivé potřeby a domovy pro seniory podle poznatků z odborné literatury. V praktické části je výzkumem zodpovězeno, jak vnímají senioři konkrétního sociálního zařízení uspokojování svých potřeb.	cs

dc.description.abstract-translated	Aim of this bachelor work is to find out needs of seniors and their satisfaction in institutions of social care. I was interested especially in physiological and social needs, safety needs, autonomy and self-realization. In theoretical part at first I deal with getting old and changes which go with getting old. After that individual needs and also retirement houses are specified acording to information from profesional literature. In praktical part I answer with the help of exploration, how seniors of certain social institucions percepive satisfaction of their needs.	en
