dc.description.abstract	Školní třída tvoří vedle rodiny nejvýznamnější část sociálního prostředí. Zvláště na začátku školní docházky se stává důležitým modelem společenského života. Je tedy nezbytné, aby učitel dokázal svou třídu dostatečně percipovat a předejít tak událostem, jenž by mohly mít negativní vliv na sociální integraci jedince do společnosti. Tato bakalářská práce se pokouší nahlédnout do jedné školní třídy ze sociálně psychologického hlediska. Třída je podrobena výzkumu s nasazením metody sociometrie za účelem zjištění klimatu třídy a rozložení sociálních rolí a pozic. Nejde však pouze o odhalení neformální struktury třídy, ale hlavně o porovnání této struktury tak, jak ji vidí žáci a učitelé. Výsledkem práce je pak srovnání dvou pohledů učitelů a žáků na klima třídy. V ideálním případě by měla být korelace obou náhledových rovin nenulová.	cs

dc.description.abstract-translated	School life makes the most significant part of social environment next to the family. Our model of social life is quite important in the beginning of school attendance in particular. It's necessary for a teacher to perceive students and prevent any events which could have negative influence to social integration of individuals into the society. This bachelor thesis tries to insight to a school class from the social and psychology point of view. Using method of sociometry we are trying to determine social climate of a class and layout of a social parts and positions. The main goal is to compare insights of two sides: students and teachers. Each of them is given answer sheet to write down their opinion. So the result of the work is a comparison of these insights between the students and teachers. The correlation between their views should not be null in ideal case.	en
