Tématem bakalářské práce je uzákonění eutanazie. Teoretická část se zabývá obecně pojmem eutanazie a jeho chápáním v dnešní společnosti, zaměřuje se na vztah eutanazie a etiky a sleduje jaký postoj k eutanazii zaujímají různá světová náboženství. Soustředí se také na legislativní stránku této problematiky tzn. na návrh zákona o "důstojné smrti" v souvislosti s českým i mezinárodním právem a není opomenuta ani současná praxe eutanazie v zemích, kde je legalizována, především pak v Holandsku. Praktická část je tvořena výzkumem, jak se k problematice eutanazie staví dnešní generace vysokoškoláků. |

The topic of my bachelor work is the legalization of euthanasia. Theoretic part is concerned with concept definition of euthanasia generally and it's realizing in today's society, next it's focused on relation of euthanasia and ethics or what opinion on euthanasia various world religions have. The theoretic part concentrates on law aspects of this questions, it means draft law of "dignified death" in the context of czech and international law. The current practice of euthanasia in the countries, where it's lawful mainly in Netherlands, is mentioned in this part too. The practical part is formed by research, what view today's generation students have on euthanasia questions. |
