dc.description.abstract	Tato práce popisuje mikrobiotu vybraných fermentovaných nealkoholických nápojů. Jako reprezentativní fermentované nápoje byly vybrány kombucha a vodní kefír. U těchto nápojů byla sledována mikrobita a její proměnlivost v závislosti na měnících se faktore. Při analýze byly využity kultivační a molekulárně biologické metody.

dc.description.abstract-translated	This thesis describes the microbiota of selected fermented non-alcoholic beverages, with kombucha and water kefir chosen as representative examples. The study focused on the microbial communities present in these drinks and how they change in response to various environmental factors. Both cultivation-based and molecular biology methods were used for the analysis.
