dc.description.abstract	Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá vztahem seniorů k digitálním technologiím, jejich využíváním v každodenním životě a překážkami, které jim brání v plnohodnotném zapojení do digitální společnosti. Práce vychází z předpokladu, že navzdory potenciálním přínosům digitalizace zůstává část starší populace v této oblasti znevýhodněna. Cílem práce je prozkoumat subjektivní zkušenosti seniorů s technologiemi, identifikovat jejich postoje, motivace, obavy a zdroje podpory. Teoretická část se věnuje pojmům stáří, digitální gramotnosti a inkluze, zatímco praktická část je založena na kvalitativním výzkumu formou polostrukturovaných rozhovorů. Analýza dat byla provedena metodou interpretativní fenomenologické analýzy (IPA), která umožnila hlubší porozumění individuálním zkušenostem. Výsledky ukazují, že senioři oceňují praktické přínosy digitálních nástrojů, ale zároveň čelí technickým, psychologickým i fyzickým bariérám. Klíčovou roli v procesu osvojování technologií hraje rodinná podpora, individuální přístup a přizpůsobení uživatelského prostředí.

dc.description.abstract-translated	This bachelor's thesis explores the relationship of seniors to digital technologies, their use in everyday life, and the barriers that hinder their full inclusion in the digital society. The work is based on the assumption that, despite the potential benefits of digitalization, part of the senior population remains disadvantaged in this area. The aim is to examine seniors' subjective experiences with technology, identify their attitudes, motivations, concerns, and sources of support. The theoretical part focuses on the concepts of aging, digital literacy, and inclusion, while the practical part is based on qualitative research using semi-structured interviews. Data analysis was conducted using Interpretative Phenomenological Analysis (IPA), allowing deeper insight into individual experiences. The findings show that while seniors value the practical benefits of digital tools, they also face technical, psychological, and physical barriers. Family support, an individual approach, and user-friendly design are key factors in successful digital inclusion.
