dc.description.abstract	Téma bakalářské práce je zaměřeno na ošetřovatelskou péči o centrální žilní vstupy. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. Teoretická část se zaobírá popisem centrální žilní kanylace, typy katétrů, přístupovými cestami, komplikacemi, přípravou před kanylací, ošetřovatelskou péčí a monitoringem. Praktická část je zpracována kvantitativním výzkumem pomocí dotazníkového šetření. Hlavním cílem je zmapovat znalosti všeobecných sester o ošetřovatelské péči o centrální žilní katétr. Tento cíl doplňují tři dílčí cíle. Výsledky výzkumu dokazují adekvátní teoretické a praktické znalosti o ošetřovatelské péči o centrální žilní katétr, nicméně v oblasti správného postupu převazu jsou mírné nedostatky.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The topic of the bachelor thesis is focused on nursing care for central venous accesses. The thesis is divided into theoretical and practical parts. The theoretical part deals with the description of central venous cannulation, types of catheters, access routes, complications, preparation before cannulation, nursing care and monitoring. The practical part is processed by quantitative research using a questionnaire survey. The main objective is to map the knowledge of general nurses about nursing care for the central venous catheter. This objective is complemented by three sub-objectives. Research results adequate theoretical and practical knowledge of central venous catheter nursing care, however there are slight deficiencies in the correct dressing procedure.
