dc.description.abstract	Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou celoživotního vzdělávání u všeobecných sester. Celoživotním vzděláváním se rozumí průběžné obnovování, zvyšování, prohlubování a doplňování vědomostí, dovedností a způsobilosti a je povinné pro všechny zdravotnické pracovníky. Cílem práce je zhotovit přehled certifikovaných kurzů pro všeobecné sestry. Teoretická část bakalářské práce zahrnuje obecnou charakteristiku ošetřovatelství, problematiku vzdělávání včetně celoživotního s akcentem na certifikované kurzy. Praktická část je věnována přehledové informační studii, která zahrnuje aktuální nabídku certifikovaných kurzů pro všeobecné sestry.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The bachelor thesis deals with the issue of lifelong learning in general nurses. Lifelong learning is defined as the continuous renewal, enhancement, deepening and completion of knowledge, skills and competencies and is mandatory for all health care professionals. The aim of this paper is to make an overview of certified courses for general nurses. The theoretical part of the bachelor thesis includes general characteristics of nursing, issues of education including lifelong learning with emphasis on certified courses. The practical part is devoted to a review information study that includes the current offer of certified courses for general nurses.
