dc.description.abstract	Bakalářská práce se věnuje problematice psychické zátěže u studentů bakalářského studijního oboru všeobecné ošetřovatelství. Cílem práce je zjistit psychickou náročnost studia z pohledu studentů. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. Teoretická část obsahuje informace o historii vzdělávání v ošetřovatelství. Popisuje průběh výuky oboru všeobecné ošetřovatelství a problematiku psychické zátěže, stresu a syndromu vyhoření. Závěr teoretické části poskytuje informace o příčinách akademického stresu, který studenti během studia prožívají. Praktická část se zaměřuje na studenty bakalářského studijního oboru všeobecné ošetřovatelství ve Zlíně. Cílem praktické části je porovnat psychickou zátěž mezi jednotlivými ročníky. K porovnávání byla zvolena výzkumná metoda kvantitativní sběr dat formou standardizovaného dotazníku. Jedná se o českou verzi dotazníku PSS-10 neboli škála vnímaného stresu, který je autorem bakalářské práce doplněn o pět specifických otázek vlastní konstrukce.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The bachelor's thesis addresses the issue of psychological stress among students of the Bachelor's degree program in general nursing. The thesis aims to determine the psychological demands of studying from the students' perspective. The thesis is divided into theoretical and practical parts. The theoretical part contains information about the history of nursing education, describing the course of general nursing education and the issues of psychological stress, stress, and burnout syndrome. The conclusion of the theoretical part includes information about the causes of academic stress experienced by students during their studies. The practical part focuses on students of the Bachelor's degree program in general nursing in Zlín. The practical part aims to compare the psychological stress among different academic years. The research method chosen for comparison is quantitative data collection using a standardized questionnaire. It is the Czech version of the PSS-10 questionnaire, also known as the Perceived Stress Scale, which the author of the bachelor thesis supplemented with five specific questions of their own design.
