Diplomová práce se zabývá zvládáním problémového chování u klientů s kombinovaným postižením v domově se zvláštním režimem. Teoretická část se v první kapitole zaměřuje na problémové chování u klientů v sociálních službách, faktory a typy problémového chování, agresi a práci s agresivním klientem a diagnostikou problémového chování. Druhá kapitola pojednává o restrikcích v sociálních službách a jejich typech. Další kapitola se věnuje tématu kombinovaného postižení, klasifikací, příčin a alternativní a augmentativní komunikaci u těchto osob. Poslední kapitola praktické části se zabývá domovem se zvláštním režimem, jeho posláním a cílovou skupinou, individuálním plánováním a zaměstnanci v domově se zvláštním režimem. Praktická část se zabývá vlastním výzkumem, kde byly zpracovány čtyři případové studie. Cílem naší práce bylo zjistit, jakým způsobem probíhá zvládání problémového chování u klientů s kombinovaným postižením v domově se zvláštním režimem. |

The diploma thesis deals with the management of problematic behaviors in clients with combined disabilities in a home with a special regime type of facility. In the first chapter, the theoretical part focuses on problematic behavior among clients in social services, factors and types of problematic behavior, aggression and work with an aggressive client, and diagnosis of problematic behavior. The second chapter is about restrictions in social services and their types. The next chapter is devoted to the topic of combined disabilities, classifications, causes and alternative and augmentative communication in these people. The last chapter of the practical part focuses on the home with a special regime, its mission and targeted group, individual planning and employees in such facility. The practical part deals with its own research, where four case studies were processed. The goal of our work was to find out how problematic behavior is managed in clients with combined disabilities in a home with a special regime. |
