dc.description.abstract	Bakalářská práce je věnována problematice života dospívajícího dítěte s Crohnovou chorobou. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. Teoretická část se zabývá charakteristikou Crohnovy choroby a specifiky péče o dítě s touto chorobou. Praktická část je založena na kvalitativním výzkumu a byla uskutečněna pomocí případové studie jednoho dospívajícího dítěte s Crohnovou chorobou. Výsledky výzkumu ukázaly, že Crohnova choroba život dospívajícího dítěte velmi omezuje a současně snižuje jeho kvalitu.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The bachelor thesis is devoted to the life of an adolescent child with Crohn's disease. The thesis is divided into theoretical and practical parts. The theoretical part deals with the characteristics of Crohn's disease and the specifics of caring for a child with this disease. The practical part is based on qualitative research and was carried out using a case study of one adolescent child with Crohn's disease. The results of the research showed that Crohn's disease greatly limits the life of the adolescent child and at the same time reduces its quality.
