Bakalářská práce se zabývá spoluprací mezi onkologickým oddělením a podpůrným, paliativním týmem. Cílem je popsat spolupráci multidisciplinárního týmu onkologického oddělení s podpůrným a paliativním týmem. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. Teoretická část se zaměřuje na význam paliativní péče, její rozdělení, cíle, historii a další vývoj. Také se zabývá důležitostí podpůrného a paliativního týmu, způsobem spolupráce, péčí o symptomy a komunikací s pacienty i jejich blízkými a rolí všeobecné sestry. Praktická část předkládá informace z rozhovorů s personálem onkologického oddělení a podpůrného, paliativního týmu. Přínosem pro praxi je zjištění, jakým způsobem probíhá spolupráce mezi onkologickým oddělením a podpůrným, paliativním týmem a předložení možností pro zkvalitnění komunikace a vzájemné kooperace. |

The bachelor's thesis deals with the cooperation between the oncology department and the support, palliative care team. The aim is to describe the cooperation of the multidisciplinary team of the oncology department with the support and palliative care team. The thesis is divided into a theoretical and a practical part. The theoretical part focuses on the meaning of palliative care, its division, objectives, history and further development. It also deals with the importance of the support and palliative care team, the way of cooperation, symptom management and communication with patients and their loved ones and the role of the general nurse. The practical part presents information from interviews with the staff of the oncology department and the support, palliative care team.
