dc.description.abstract	Tato bakalářská práce pojednává o ošetřovatelské péči o pacienty s delirium tremens. Cílem práce je shrnout teoretické informace o delirium tremens a porovnat dostupné české i cizojazyčné studie, které popisují nejefektivnější přístup v ošetřovatelské praxi u těchto pacientů. K řešení byla použita kvalitativní metoda pěti kazuistik. Porovnáním výsledků z kazuistik bylo zjištěno, že existuje jen velmi málo podobně sestavených prací, které by podrobně hodnotily ošetřovatelské problémy, soběstačnost v aktivitách denního života, kognitivní funkce nebo zaznamenávalo bilanci tekutin. Z provedeného průzkumného šetření vyplynulo, že vývoj výsledku Barthel Index má vliv na výsledky úroveň kognice.

dc.description.abstract-translated	This bachelor thesis deals with the nursing care of patients with delirium tremens. The aim of the thesis is to summarize theoretical information about delirium tremens and to compare available Czech and foreign language studies that describe the most effective approach in nursing practice for these patients. A qualitative method of five case studies was used. By comparing the results from the case studies, it was found that there are very few similarly constructed studies that assess in detail nursing problems, self-sufficiency in activities of daily living, cognitive function or record fluid balance. From the survey investigation conducted, it was found that the development of the Barthel Index score has an impact on cognition level outcomes.
