dc.description.abstract	Bakalářská práce se zabývá syndromem vyhoření u sociálních pracovníků. Jedná se o aktuální téma zasahující pracovníky pomáhajících profesí. Výzkum byl realizován na počátku roku 2024, sociální pracovníky zkoumal z hlediska vykonávání profese terénně či v zařízeních pobytových nebo ambulantních sociálních služeb a z hlediska délky profesní praxe. Ke zkoumání frekvence výskytu vyhoření u zkoumané profese byl využit standardizovaný dotazník Maslach Burnout Inventory. Získaná data byla popisně vyhodnocena, zaznamenána do tabulek a následně ověřována dle testu dobré shody chí-kvadrát.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The bachelor thesis deals with burnout syndrome among social workers. It is a topical issue affecting workers in the helping professions. The research was carried out at the beginning of 2024, and examined social workers in terms of practicing the profession in the field or in facilities of residential or outpatient social services and in terms of length of professional experience. A standardized questionnaire, the Maslach Burnout Inventory, was used to examine the amount of burnout in the investigated profession under study. The data obtained were descriptively evaluated, tabulated and then validated according to the Pearson´s chi-square (x2) test.
