dc.description.abstract	Bakalářská práce na téma Analgezie u porodu, možnosti snižování bolesti u porodu je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. Teoretickou část tvoří pět hlavních kapitol. První kapitola definuje porod, porodní doby, klasifikaci porodu dle týdne gestace a klasifikaci porodu dle průběhu. Druhá kapitola je zaměřena na bolest, jako takovou, porodní bolest a na hodnocení bolesti. Ve třetí kapitole je popsána porodnická analgezie a její historický vývoj. Čtvrtá kapitola se věnuje nefarmakologickým metodám tlumení bolesti při porodu a v páté kapitole jsou popsány farmakologické metody porodnické analgezie. Praktická část je zaměřena na výsledky kvantitativního výzkumu, který byl realizován formou dotazníků.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The bachelor thesis titled Childbirth Analgesia, Options for Reducing Pain during Childbirth is divided into the theoretical and the practical part. The theoretical part is composed of five main chapters. The first chapter defines childbirth, birth periods, classification of birth according to week of gestation and classification of birth according to course. The second chapter is focused to pain, as such, labor pain and pain assessment. The third chapter describes childbirth analgesia and its historical development. The fourth chapter is devoted to non-pharmacological methods of pain relief during childbith, and the fifth chapter describes pharmacological methods of childbirth analgesia. The practical part is focused on the results of quantitative research, which has been implemented in the form of questionnaires.
