dc.description.abstract	Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na kvalitu života pacientů před implantací kyčelního kloubu. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. Teoretická část je rozdělena na tři kapitoly. První je věnována kvalitě života, druhá totální endoprotéze a artróze kyčelního kloubu a třetí kapitola se věnuje specifikům ošetřovatelské péče před a po implantaci kyčelního kloubu. V Praktické části je stanovených 5 dílčích cílů. Hlavním cílem bylo zjistit, jaká je úroveň kvality života pacientů před implantací kyčelního kloubu. Výzkumného šetření se zúčastnilo 100 hospitalizovaných respondentů před totální endoprotézou kyčelního kloubu trpící koxartrózou. Kvantitativní šetření bylo provedeno technikou standardizovaného dotazníku WHOQOL-BREF doplněného o sociodemografické údaje. Výsledky šetření ukázaly, že respondenti před implantací kyčelního kloubu mají zhoršenou kvalitu života, zejména v doméně fyzického zdraví.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The bachelor's thesis is focused on the quality of life of patients before hip joint implantation. Thesis is divided into a theoretical and a practical part. The theoretical part is divided into three chapters. The first part is dedicated to quality of life, the second to total endoprosthesis and arthrosis of the hip joint, and the third chapter is dedicated to the specifics of nursing care before and after hip joint implantation. In the Practical part, 5 sub-goals are set. The main goal was to find out the level of quality of life of patients before hip joint implantation. Totally one houndred hospitalized respondents suffering from coxarthrosis before total hip arthroplasty took part in the research. The quantitative survey was carried out by using the WHOQOL-BREF standardized questionnaire expanded with socio-demographic data. The results of the survey showed that the respondents before hip joint implantation have a deteriorated quality of life, especially in terms of physical health.
