dc.description.abstract	Bakalářská práce se zabývá vžitou zkušeností všeobecných sester se syndromem vyhoření během pandemie COVID-19. Práce se skládá z teoretické a praktické části. Teoretická část popisuje syndrom vyhoření, onemocnění COVID-19 zkušenosti sester se syndromem vyhoření během pandemie v zahraničí. Praktická část je zpracována kvalitativní metodou technikou rozhovoru. Hlavním cílem bakalářské práce bylo zjistit a analyzovat zkušenosti participantek se syndromem vyhoření v období pandemie COVID-19. Z výzkumu vyplývá, že z důvodu pandemie COVID-19 se práce všeobecných sester změnila a ta se následně projevila na jejich psychickém zdraví. Ve výsledcích práce byly popsány zkušenosti se syndromem vyhoření, ale i naopak stmelení všeobecných sester na pracovišti.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The Bachelor thesis deals with the lived experience of general nurses with burnout syndrome during the COVID-19 pandemic. The work consists of theoretical and practical parts. The theoretical part describes burnout syndrome, COVID-19 disease and experiences of nurses with burnout syndrome during the pandemic abroad. The practical part is processed by a qualitative method of interview technique. The main goal of the bachelor thesis was to find out and analyze the experiences of participants with burnout syndrome during the COVID-19 pandemic. The research shows that due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the work of general nurses has changed and this subsequently affected their mental health. The work results described experiences with burnout syndrome, but also the cohesion of general nurses in the workplace.
