Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá analýzou nákladů ve vybrané společnosti, během let 2018-2021. Bakalářská práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a analytickou část. Teoretická část obsahuje definice základních pojmů, které jsou spojeny s analýzou nákladů, dále jsou zde zmíněny hlavní rozdíly mezi finančním a manažerským účetnictvím, klasifikace nákladů a metody modelování nákladů. Druhá, analytická část, zahrnuje představení analyzované společnosti, analýzu nákladů na základě druhového členění a jejich vztahů k objemu výkonů. V neposlední řadě analytická část zahrnuje také odhad nákladových funkcí založený na klasifikační analýze a výpočty bodu zvratu. Poslední část bakalářské práce se soustředí na návrhy pro možné zlepšení. |

This bachelor's thesis is dedicated to the analysis of costs of a selected company, over the years 2018 to 2021. The thesis is divided into theoretical and analytical parts. The theoretical part covers the definitions of basic terms which are related to cost analysis, it is followed by the differences between financial and managerial accounting, cost classifications, and methods of cost modelling. The second, analytical part, includes the introduction of the analysed company, analysis of the company's costs by type and behavior, and last but not least, estimation of cost functions based on a classification analysis, and calculations of the break-even point. The last part of the Bachelor's thesis is focused on suggestions for possible improvement. |
