V bakalářské práci s názvem "Rozvoj etických konceptů pomocí karet ctností v mateřské škole" se zabývám etickými koncepty, které se dají rozvíjet pomocí karet ctností v mateřské škole. Teoretická část práce se zaměřuje na vymezení teoretických východisek pro rozvoj etických konceptů pomocí karet ctností v mateřské škole. Zabývá se teorií morálního vývoje dětí předškolního věku, jeho historickým vymezením, vlivy na rozvoj etických konceptů, dále jak můžeme rozvíjet etické koncepty a v neposlední řadě popisuje roli pedagoga v rozvoji etických konceptů v mateřské škole. Praktická část obsahuje kvalitativní výzkum využívající metody interpretativní fenomenologické analýzy (IPA), pomocí které je analyzováno a interpretováno šest polostrukturovaných rozhovorů s učitelkami napříč ČR a jeden rozhovor s autorkou karet cností. Cílem práce je zjistit, jak se dají pomocí karet cností rozvíjet etické koncepty v mateřské škole. |

In my bachelor's thesis entitled "Development of ethical concepts using virtue cards in kindergarten", I deal with ethical concepts that can be developed using virtue cards in kindergarten. The theoretical part of the work focuses on the definition of theoretical starting points for the development of ethical concepts using cards of virtues in kindergarten. It deals with the theory of moral development of preschool children, its historical definition, influences on the development of ethical concepts, how we can develop ethical concepts, and last but not least, it describes the role of the teacher in the development of ethical concepts in kindergarten. The practical part contains qualitative research using the method of interpretive phenomenological analysis (IPA) which is used to analyze and interpret six semi-structured interviews with female teachers across the Czech Republic and one interview with the author of the virtue cards. The aim of the thesis is to find out how ethical concepts can be developed in kindergarten with the help of cards of virtues. |
