Diplomová práce je zaměřená na komparativní analýzu legislativního zakotvení pěstounské péče ve vybraných zemích. Teoretická část definuje pěstounskou péči a popisuje společná témata se sociální pedagogikou. Cílem práce je srovnání legislativních systémů pěstounské péče, počtu dětí svěřených do pěstounské péče ve vybraných zemích a změnu počtu pěstounů v České republice v závislosti na novelizaci zákona č. 359/1999 Sb., o sociálně-právní ochraně. |

The theoretical part defines foster care and describes common topics with social pedagogy. The aim of the thesis is to compare the legislative systems of foster care, the number of children entrusted to foster care in selected countries and the change in the number of foster parents in the Czech Republic depending on the amendment of Act No. 359/1999 Coll., on social-legal protection. |
