dc.description.abstract	Diplomová práce zabývající se problematikou umírání a smrti z pohledu pracovníků v sociálních službách, se skládá z teoretické a praktické části. V teoretické části jsou vysvětleny a definovány pojmy umírání, smrt, paliativní péče, její formy, multidisciplinární tým. Závěrečná kapitola teoretické části je věnována pracovníkům v sociálních službách, které definuje, popisuje náplň práce a také vymezuje etická úskalí v péči o umírající. V praktické části je kompletní metodika. Vymezen je výzkumný problém, výzkumný cíl a také výzkumné otázky. Použit byl kvalitativní výzkum a metoda polostrukturovaného rozhovoru s pracovníky v sociálních službách. Hlavním cílem je zjistit, jaký je pohled pracovníků v sociálních službách na umírání a smrt.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The diploma thesis dealing with the issue of dying and death from the perspective of workers in social services consists of a theoretical and a practical part. The theoretical part explains and defines terms of dying, death, palliative care, its forms, multidisciplinary team. The final chapter of the theoretical part is devoted to workers in social services, which it defines, describes the job description and also defines the ethical pitfalls in the care of the dying. The ethical pitfalls that may occur in this profession are also defined. In the practical part there is a complete methodology. The research problem, the research objective and also the research questions are defined. Qualitative research and a method of semi-structured interview with workers in social services were used. The main objective is to find out what is the view of workers in social services on dying and death.
