dc.description.abstract	Bakalářská práce Všeobecná sestra - profese mnoha rolí představuje profesi všeobecné sestry, a především její role, které zastává během výkonu povolání. Práce je rozdělena na část teoretickou a praktickou. Teoretická část je složena ze tří hlavních kapitol. První kapitola vymezuje teoretická východiska v oblasti ošetřovatelství. Druhá kapitola je zaměřena na současné vzdělávání sester, jejich kompetence a legislativu. V poslední třetí kapitole jsou popsány jednotlivé role, které všeobecná setra zastává. Praktická část je zaměřena na výsledky kvantitativního šetření, které bylo realizováno technikou dotazníku. Hlavním cílem práce bylo zjistit, které role sestra reálně zastává při výkonu povolání, která role je pro ni nejnáročnější a na kterou roli je sestra během studia nejméně připravena. Výsledky dotazníkového šetření shrnují tabulky i grafy a jsou popsány doprovodným komentářem.

dc.description.abstract-translated	Bachelor thesis A General Nurse - Many Roles of One Profession presents the profession of a general nurse, and especially her roles that she holds during her profession. The thesis is divided into theoretical and practical parts. The theoretical part consists of three main chapters. The first chapter defines the theoretical background in the field of nursing. The second chapter focuses on the current education of nurses, their competences and legislation. The third and final chapter describes the different roles that the general nurse plays. The practical part focuses on the results of the quantitative investigation, which was carried out using a questionnaire. The main aim of the thesis was to find out which roles a nurse actually holds in the practice of the profession, which role is the most demanding for the nurse and which role the nurse is least prepared for during the studies. The results of the questionnaire survey are included in tables and graphs and are described in the accompanying commentary.
