Diplomová práce se zabývá aktivizačními metodami a přístupy pro seniory s Alzheimerovou chorobou v domovech se zvláštním režimem. V teoretické části je vymezena Alzheimerova choroba, včetně jejích příznaků, průběhu a stádií. Dále jsou uvedeny jednotlivé nefarmakologické aktivizační metody a přístupy. V poslední kapitole teoretické části jsou vymezeny domovy se zvláštním režimem. Cílem výzkumu je prozkoumat aktivizační metody a přístupy pro seniory s Alzheimerovou chorobou využívané v domovech se zvláštním režimem. V kvalitativním výzkumu proto prostřednictvím hloubkových polostrukturovaných rozhovorů zjišťujeme jejich průběh, možnosti a limity a význam, který v nich aktivizační pracovníci spatřují. |

The master's thesis is concerning activation methods and approaches applied to elderly with Alzheimer's disease in home for the elderly. The theoretical part of this work defines Alzheimer's disease, including its symptoms, progression and stages. Furthermore, individual non-pharmacological activation methods and approaches are introduced. The last chapter of the theoretical part covers the home for the elderly. The aim of the research is to examine the activation methods and approaches used in the home for the elderly. A qualitative information-gathering method is therefore used for in-depth semi-structured interviews to capture the process, possibilities, limitations and the meaning that the activation workers see in their daily interventions in home for the elderly. |
