Tématem bakalářské práce je motivace odsouzených ke vzdělávání, konkrétně k rekvalifikačnímu vzdělávání ve Věznicích Znojmo a Příbram. Práce je rozdělena na dvě části, teoretickou a praktickou. Teoretická část vymezuje prostřednictvím odborné literatury oblast výkonu trestu odnětí svobody, pojmy penologie a penitenciaristika, program zacházení a představuje instituci Vězeňské služby ČR. Dále se zabývá vzděláváním dospělých a odsouzených, u kterých se zaměřuje na jejich motivaci ke vzdělávání. Praktická část zahrnuje kvantitativní výzkum realizovaný pomocí dotazníkového šetření, jehož výsledky jsou podkladem pro vyhodnocení cíle této práce, a to zjištění motivačních faktorů odsouzených k rekvalifikačnímu vzdělávání. Práce dále zjišťuje, jak hodnotí odsouzení průběh rekvalifikačního kurzu, výkon učitele, jaké bariéry vnímají ve vzdělávání, odhaluje očekávání odsouzených týkající se jejich mzdových představ, zájmu o práci v oboru studia a o případné další vzdělávání. Z výsledků výzkumného šetření a jejich interpretace vychází závěrečné doporučení pro praxi. |

The topic for my bachelor thesis is the motivation for education with convicts, namely for requalification courses in the prison houses of Znojmo and of Příbram, the Czech Republic. The thesis consists of two parts, the theoretical and the practical. In the theoretical part, I have used available expert sources to define the field of service of a term of imprisonment,the terms like penology and penitentiaristics, the treatment programme, and I have introduced the institution of the Prison Service of the Czech Republic. Furthermore, I have dealt with the education of adult people and convicts, focusing on their motivation for education. The practical part of the thesis includes a quantitative research which I carried out by means of a questionnaire whose results are the basis for evaluating the goal of this thesis, particularly to ascertain the motivation factors for requalification courses with the convicts. Furthermore, I have tried to find out what the convicts think of the requalification courses, of the performance of the teacher, what obstacles they think there are in their education, what expectations the convicts have in terms of their wages or salaries, in terms of their interest in working in the field of their study and possibly, in terms of their further education. The questionnaire results and their interpretation are the basis for the final recommendations for further practice. |
