dc.description.abstract	Bakalářská práce se zabývá analýzou vzdělávacích potřeb učitelů mateřských škol. Cílem práce je analyzovat vzdělávací potřeby učitelů mateřských škol v okrese Břeclav. Využitou metodou kvantitativně orientovaného výzkumu je dotazník pro učitele mateřských škol. Výsledky poukazují na potřebu učitelů prohlubovat svou diagnostickou a intervenční kompetenci a zároveň na nedostatečnou nabídkou kurzů v Jihomoravském kraji zaměřených na tuto kompetenci. Výsledky také dále poukazují na vysokou potřebu dalšího vzdělávání učitelů mateřských škol.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The bachelor thesis analyses the overall educational needs of kindergarden teachers. The main aim is to tackle these needs of teachers in the Breclav area. The method used for quantitatively oriented research is a questionnaire. Among the main findings of the research is that the teachers wish to deepen their diagnostic and intervention competence. Furthermore that there is an insufficient offer of courses in the South Moravian Region focused on this exact competence. The research discovers the kindergarden teachers' high demand of further education in general.
