dc.description.abstract	Bakalářská práce se zabývá poraněním páteře a míchy v traumatologii. Hlavním cílem práce je popsat a analyzovat daný problém, zjistit co nejvíce informací o poranění páteře a míchy a také sdělit, jak mu předejít. Práce je rozdělená na dvě části - teoretickou a výzkumnou. V teoretické části jsem se zaměřila na stručný popis anatomie páteře a míchy, popsala jsem, jak k tomuto poranění dochází, jaké má příznaky, dále jsem vypsala vyšetřovací metody a na závěr jaká je léčba a rehabilitace u těchto poranění. Výzkumná část je věnována kvalitativnímu výzkumu designem kazuistiky, do které bylo zapojeno celkem pět respondentů s poraněním páteře a míchy v anamnéze.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The bachelor thesis deals with spinal injuries in traumatology. The main goal of this work is to describe and analyze the problem, find out as much information as possible about spinal injuries and also communicate how to prevent it. The work is divided into two parts - theoretical and research. In the theoretical part I focused on a brief description of the anatomy of the spine and spinal cord, I described how this injury occurs, what are its symptoms, I also listed the examination methods and finally what is the treatment and rehabilitation for these injuries. The research part is devoted to qualitative research in the design of case studies, in which a total of five respondents with a history of spine injury were involved.
