dc.description.abstract	Bakalářská práce se dotýká tématu šikany, konkrétně se zaobírá důsledky šikanování pro oběti násilí ze školního prostředí 8letých gymnázií. Cílem práce bylo shrnout dosavadní teoretické poznatky o problematice a pomocí výzkumu přispět novými poznatky a úhly pohledu na problematiku, a to prostřednictvím analýz individuálních výpovědí obětí šikany. Výzkum potvrdil, že je téma šikany stále aktuální, a i když často neviditelné, může se dotknout kohokoliv z nás. Zároveň se ukázalo, že prožívání zkušeností se šikanou je zcela individuální záležitost, jehož průběh závisí na mnoha různých faktorech. Můžeme najít paralely k obecným schématům, ale stejně tak se objevují odchylky od průběhu situací a prožitků, které bychom nebyli očekávali. Cesta, na kterou nás výsledky výzkumu navádí, je cesta prevence, jakožto efektivní pomoc obětem, které se ve své situaci stávají velmi zranitelnými a bezmocnými a pozdější pomoc je pro ně často nedosažitelná.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The bachelor's thesis deals with the topic of consequences of bullying for victims of violence in the school environment of 8-year grammar schools. The thesis was primarily aimed to summarize the existing theoretical knowledge about the issue. Also, it contributed new knowledge and perspectives on the subject, through the analysis of individual statements of victims of bullying. While my research has confirmed that the topic of bullying is still relevant, it also revealed partial invisibility and confirmed that bullying is capable of affecting any of us. At the same time, it has been shown that the experience of bullying is a completely individual matter, the course of which depends on many different factors. We can find parallels to general patterns, but there are also deviations from the course of situations and experiences that would not be expected. The research results lead us to the path of prevention, as effective help to victims who become very vulnerable and powerless in their situation, and later help is often unattainable for them.
